Kiva was sired by one of Canada's Top Performers in 1990, BIS/A/C/Ch Byeyo's I'm Mathew's Star (RINGO).

From there, the list goes on with other great dogs. Kiva was breed to BIS/A/C/Ch Snoboes's Never Better (BOOKER), who was the Top Dog in Canada in 1992. Kiva and Booker produced BIS/A/C/Ch Moonsnoe's Diamond In The Jewel (MAXX) - who in turn was the Top Dog in Canada in 1996 & 1998 and also 9th in the Working Group in 1998, which is a great feat.

And then along came Ch Snowtips Excuse My Dust (TY). Ty is shown with her family, Sylvia and Dan and her parents Ch Williwaw's Tip O' The Iceburg (COUGAR) and Ch Williwaw's Silver Eagle (SILVER).

Sylvia was my best friend and at the very young age of 38, she died from a long and valiant struggle with breast cancer. She left Ty in my care, and now have met again on the rainbow bridge.

Maxx and Ty have produced a couple of very nice litters with some exceptional great pups who have also continued to produce offspring. The Williwaw line which I have imported in to Moonsnoe with Ty, is one of the greatest bloodlines in the United States with great dogs and females that are all American dogs. They have superb qualities which are in the highest regard for their intelligence, structure and gentleness in this great breed.

Maxx and Ty have a lot to be proud of at Moonsnoe Kennels, as without them and what they have done for this kennel, we would not have produced all these great dogs, which you will soon meet.

We at Moonsnoe Kennels also have a very large extended family that you are going to meet in the rest of this site. Without all these great Malamute lovers and fellow helpers who have shared in the wonderful experience of raising and showing these dogs, my small kennel consisting of Maxx, Ty, Kena, Misty, Ben and Jazz would not be able to grow and prosper.
